Problem
Following an interview, expert have to share a written feedback using a form on various skills with the candidate.
However, the avg. completion time for this form ranges from 60 to 80 minutes.
This led to second order effects like - Delay in form submissions, increase in ops to follow up with Experts, etc.

Reduced avg. feedback time by revamping forms UX from 60 mins to 20 mins for avg. 150 interviews/month.
Solution
We analysed the feedback that experts share with candidates. Some chunks of feedback were recurring.
This observation created an opportunity to reduce form completion time by systematising the manual writing process.
How does that happened?
We converted the Text based questions to Multiple choice based questions.
The options for these MCQs are made from the feedback data collected over past years.
Multi-layered MCQs, up to 3 layers, were implemented, with options in each layer dependent on choices made in the previous layer.
Learnings
Designing information dense interface with different types of questions, different CTAs and states.
UX of Form design, researching about type of forms and their interactions.
This project was done while working as a product design intern at Upraised around October, 2022.
